Check Your Joy Level

May 09, 2018

Having joy is one way we serve Christ, and it is acceptable offering to God when we serve Christ joyfully. Therefore, serving without the fruit of joy in our lives is unacceptable. In part 2 of 4 on Joy, Seth Dahl explains how having the fruit of joy in our lives leads to the world seeing something different about us. Scripture Focus: Romans 14:17 Question: Is the world seeing the fruit of joy in your life? Challenge: If the world is not approving of you, check your joy level. Quotes: “Joy is one way we serve Christ. Having joy, is serving God.” “It’s acceptable to God when we serve Christ joyfully. That means, it’s unacceptable to God, for us not to live in joy.” “We don’t live for man’s approval. We live joyfully, and then men approve of us.”
